Shipping Times
All products purchased from our Shopify store that are fulfilled by Amazon will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Amazon's standard shipping method. This usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout, depends of product.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us through the Shopify store for assistance. We will work with Amazon to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Order Cancellation

Returns

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for all products purchased from our Shopify store that were fulfilled by Amazon. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Window

Return Process

Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
